Sarah Ferguson Steals Spotlight at Meghan Markle’s Event Despite Royal Absence

Sarah Ferguson has returned to the spotlight following Meghan Markle’s latest announcement, which has sparked lively debate among fans.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are set to return to Australia after several years. According to their spokesperson, the couple’s tour is scheduled for mid-April and will include a mix of “private, business, and philanthropic” engagements.
Separate engagements for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been confirmed.
The Duke of Sussex will attend a summit in Melbourne focused on raising awareness about mental health in the workplace.
Meanwhile, the Duchess of Sussex is scheduled to take part in an “all-women” retreat, with tickets reportedly costing around £1,440 per attendee.
The three-day Her Best Life podcast event is set to take place at the InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach from April 17 to April 19, with Meghan Markle scheduled to speak and meet participants on the opening day, April 17.
The Duchess’s appearance, however, has reportedly drawn criticism from a royal insider, who compared her to the former Sarah Ferguson, noting that Ferguson frequently attended similar events.
“She’s basically Fergie,” the source said — a remark that could prove uncomfortable for Meghan, who is reportedly trying to distance herself from the York family amid ongoing Epstein-related controversies.
