Under the government’s Hajj scheme, 119,000 Pakistani pilgrims will be flown to Madinah and Makkah.

ISLAMABAD: Hajj flight operations from Pakistan will begin on April 18 and continue until May 21, transporting pilgrims under the government scheme to Saudi Arabia for Hajj 2026.
According to the schedule released by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, flights will depart from Karachi, Lahore, Sialkot, and Multan starting April 18. A total of 468 flights are planned under the official Hajj scheme to carry pilgrims to the holy sites.
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), AirBlue, Air Sial, and Saudia Airlines will participate in the Hajj operation, operating from eight cities across the country.
The ministry confirmed that four flights will depart for Madinah on the first day. During the first 15 days, all flights will be directed to Madinah, with 186 flights scheduled to the holy city, while 282 flights are planned to Jeddah.
Hajj flights to Jeddah are set to begin on May 4.
Under the official government Hajj scheme, a total of 119,000 Pakistani pilgrims will travel to Madinah and Makkah. Of these, 67,230 are male pilgrims and 51,846 are female pilgrims, the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony confirmed.
Flights will operate from eight cities across Pakistan. Islamabad will run 129 flights, Karachi 124, and Lahore 104. Quetta is scheduled for 18 flights, Multan 34, and Sialkot 26. Faisalabad will operate 23 flights, while Sukkur will have five flights transporting pilgrims to Saudi Arabia.
The ministry has advised pilgrims to check their flight schedules via the “Pak Hajj Mobile” app, and detailed information on Hajj flights is also available on the ministry’s official website.
