Jesy had earlier shared that her twins were diagnosed with a genetic neuromuscular condition.

Jesy Nelson shares update on her twins’ care at Great Ormond Street Hospital, showing them in splints.
The Little Mix star, 34, welcomed her daughters, Ocean Jade and Story Monroe, prematurely in May 2025 with her ex-fiancé, Zion Foster.
Earlier this month, Jesy revealed the heartbreaking news that both babies had been diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 1 (SMA1), a severe genetic neuromuscular condition. Without treatment, Type 1 SMA can limit life expectancy to under two years.
In a recent update, Jesy shared photos of the twins receiving care at Great Ormond Street Hospital, showing the nine-month-olds wearing leg splints, though she did not provide details on the exact treatment.
Her post follows a visit to a newborn screening laboratory in Scotland, which recently became the first region in the UK to test for the rare condition affecting her daughters.
Since then, Jesy has been actively campaigning for change and raising awareness. On Wednesday, she shared on Instagram her visit to the screening lab.
