King Charles Receives Encouraging Update from Prince William on His ‘Change’ Policy

Prince William, who had spoken openly about implementing changes in his future reign, has stepped back from his plan, particularly on a sensitive matter.
The Prince William recently attended the enthronement of the new Archbishop of Canterbury, Dame Sarah Mullally, alongside his wife, Princess Kate.
While William is not a regular churchgoer and is considered less religious than his father, King Charles, and the late Queen Elizabeth II, he will assume the role of Supreme Governor of the Church of England when he ascends the throne.
Royal expert Jennie Bond noted that William “clearly understands that the Church is extremely important in the lives of many people, and he will respect that—and the role that it plays in our national life.”
According to the Mirror, she believes William’s personal beliefs are unlikely to pose issues unless the Church itself chooses to make them a point of concern.
Jennie added, “He may not have the same deep faith as his grandmother or the spirituality of his father, but he has made it clear that he recognises the importance of the Church…”
“So, William is unlikely to make major changes,” the royal commentator remarked.
