President Asif Ali Zardari expressed his condolences to the bereaved family.

ISLAMABAD: Marvi Malik, the daughter of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Senator and former minister Sherry Rehman, passed away in Karachi, the PPP Secretariat said on Sunday
The PPP Secretariat said that Marvi Malik had suffered a brain haemorrhage a few days earlier.
President Asif Ali Zardari expressed his condolences to the grieving family, praying that Allah grants them strength and patience in this difficult time. Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah also expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Senator Sherry Rehman’s daughter.
Party leaders and government officials conveyed their grief, with Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon saying he shares the family’s sorrow. PPP leader Shazia Marri described the news as “deeply saddening and shocking,” extending her condolences to the family.
Sindh government spokesperson Saadia Javed also expressed her grief and said she stands in solidarity with the bereaved family. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi called the loss an “unbearable tragedy” and said he shares the family’s pain.
According to the family, the funeral prayers of Marvi Khurshid Malik will be held on Monday at 3:30pm in DHA Phase 8, Karachi.
