Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta, is reportedly developing an AI version of himself designed to interact with employees and assist in internal communications.

Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta, is reportedly developing a photorealistic AI clone of himself.
The AI avatar is intended to represent him in interactions and communicate with employees on his behalf.
As reported by the Financial Times, Mark Zuckerberg’s public statements, business decisions, mannerisms, tone, and voice are being used to help train a 3D animated AI clone.
The goal is for the system to help keep Meta’s approximately 79,000 employees connected with their CEO. Reports also suggest that Zuckerberg is personally involved in training the AI avatar.
Previously, Meta had also introduced another initiative aimed at developing a “CEO agent” to support company executives. The new avatar is part of Meta’s broader multibillion-dollar push toward artificial general intelligence (AGI), as it competes with OpenAI and Google.
If successful, the project could later be expanded to allow creators and influencers to build similar digital versions of themselves.
It has also been reported that Zuckerberg spends five to ten hours per week on “vibe-coding” projects. Meanwhile, Meta has developed “Muse Spark,” an AI system capable of tasks such as estimating meal calories from photos and planning family vacations.
A Meta spokesperson declined to comment on the report. The company has previously faced criticism over AI-generated characters, including sexually suggestive chatbots created by users.
